Bubbas's was founded in 1979 by Bob Wilson. In 1981 Bob purchased the current location where it is located. With Several remoels and a georgous deck added in 2021 after covid, Bubbas quickly became a staple in Eureka Springs .
Pictured to the left is an original picture of what the building looked like back in the beginning.
Now
In February of 2023 Bob sold Bubbas to Brian & Robin Weinmann, 2 local Eureka residents who love their community almost as much as they love Bubbas BBQ.
